🚧 Civil Construction Project Manager – Relocate to Lagos, Nigeria 🌍

Are you a seasoned project manager ready to take on a high-impact leadership role on major infrastructure projects in one of Africa’s fastest-growing cities?

We’re looking for an experienced Civil Construction Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver large-scale infrastructure projects — including roads, bridges, water systems, and other civil works — in Lagos, Nigeria.

This is a senior-level position that requires strong technical expertise, hands-on field experience, and the ability to lead diverse teams while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.

🔎 Key Responsibilities

* Oversee the planning, design, and execution of civil infrastructure projects from concept to completion.
* Coordinate with contractors, engineers, regulatory bodies, and clients.
* Manage budgets, timelines, safety standards, and quality control.
* Ensure compliance with local regulations, permits, and environmental standards.

✅ Requirements

📍 Location: Must be willing to relocate to Lagos, Nigeria.

📐 Experience & Background:

* 10+ years in civil construction or project management roles.
* Strong field experience with site supervision, engineering practices, and construction methods.
* Proven track record managing large, complex infrastructure projects.

🎓 Education:

* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or a related field.

📜 Certifications:

* PMP (Project Management Professional)
* PE (Professional Engineer) license
* OSHA Safety Certification or CSP
* Primavera P6 or MS Project proficiency
* CSO (Construction Safety Officer) or equivalent

🔧 Technical Skills:

* Expert in construction drawings, budgeting, contracts (FIDIC/NEC), scheduling tools, AutoCAD/Civil 3D
* Strong understanding of codes, permits, and compliance requirements

💡 Soft Skills:

* Exceptional leadership and communication
* Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
* Strategic decision-making under pressure

📍 Additional Requirements:

* Valid driver’s license & willingness to travel to sites
* First aid/safety training
* Proficiency in interpreting technical reports and documentation
