Role Overview

We’re seeking a Mid to Senior Project Manager to join our Rabat team full-time. You’ll lead the planning and execution of web and creative projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery of high-quality digital products.

Experience in managing digital, creative, or web projects is a strong advantage, but we welcome all project managers with excellent organizational and leadership skills eager to grow in the digital space.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee multiple web projects from kickoff to launch
* Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, and KPIs
* Coordinate with designers, developers, and content teams to meet deadlines
* Communicate regularly with international clients
* Use tools like ClickUp, Trello, or Asana to manage timelines and deliverables
* Lead internal meetings and ensure cross-team alignment
* Anticipate risks and adjust plans proactively
* Maintain quality control across all project stages

Qualifications
* 3+ years of project management experience
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Fluent English (written and spoken) – REQUIRED
* Ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver under deadlines
* Experience with digital/web projects is a plus
* Proficiency with PM tools (ClickUp, Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.)
* Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
* Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or related field preferred
* Certifications (Agile, PMP, etc.) are a bonus
