Role Overview

We’re looking for a full-time Project Manager to join us in our Marrakech office. You’ll be responsible for coordinating cross-functional projects, aligning teams, and ensuring smooth execution across product, development, and marketing. Your main workspace will be Notion, where all planning, documentation, and task tracking happens.

What You’ll Do

* Plan, track, and manage product and marketing initiatives using Notion
* Align priorities across departments and keep everyone on schedule
* Break down projects into actionable steps and assign responsibilities
* Monitor progress, flag blockers, and keep timelines on track
* Prepare and maintain clear, organized documentation for all ongoing initiatives
* Ensure internal communication is clear, structured, and aligned with goals

What We’re Looking For

* 2+ years of experience in project management
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Expert-level proficiency with Notion
* Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple moving parts
* Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)
* Based in or willing to relocate to Marrakech

Nice to Have

* Experience in SaaS or e-commerce
* Familiarity with product development and marketing workflows
