Job Description

The Project Management Officer (PMO) plays a strategic role in overseeing and coordinating projects to ensure alignment with the company’s vision and operational performance goals. This role ensures the application of consistent methodologies, proactive risk management, and continuous resource optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee and coordinate the project portfolio to ensure effective execution.
* Govern project risks and monitor performance indicators (KPIs).
* Align project initiatives with the organization’s strategic vision.
* Facilitate collaboration with stakeholders to implement corrective and preventive actions within defined timelines.
* Manage escalations and crisis situations in case of project deviations.
* Prepare executive summaries, reports, and dashboards tailored to project needs.
* Collaborate with various departments to enhance efficiency and promote knowledge sharing and best practices.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal and external processes.

Profile Requirements:

* Strong expertise in project management and methodologies (e.g., AGILE, PMP).
* Excellent analytical, organizational, and risk management skills.
* Proficiency in reporting tools (Advanced Excel, Power BI, MS Project, Jira, Planview).
* Ability to lead teams, resolve complex issues, and manage crises.
* Strong communication, synthesis, and persuasion skills.
* Flexibility and adaptability to respond to specific support needs.
