Life Series Activities :

* Lead and animate the Part Leaders involved in Life Series activities.
* Ensure the consolidation and follow-up of engineering deliverables.
* Monitor planning and implementation of changes in Life Series phase.
* Track QCDP (Quality, Cost, Deadline, Performance) indicators.
* Provide regular reporting to the Sub-System Technical Managers (SSTM) and ensure alignment with ATC perimeter leads.

Development Phase Support :

* Animate and coordinate the Development Part Leaders.
* Oversee the synthesis and delivery of technical deliverables for development projects.
* Follow the evolution implementation planning and ensure QCDP performance.
* Contribute to reporting in collaboration with the Part Leaders and Project Chiefs.

Local Technical Leadership :

* Act as the technical reference in your perimeter at ATC Morocco.
* Foster regular interactions with domain experts and project teams.
* Be the voice of the PHES métier in the MEA region across various stakeholders (ATC, Kenitra plant, local projects: O2x, KP1, P21K, Smart Car, etc.).
* Ensure compliance with technical policies and methodologies.
* Support and coach internal and external Part Leaders.
* Capitalize key topics and lead knowledge-sharing (RETEX) activities.
* Contribute to the skill development of your functional team.

What You'll Bring :

* Solid technical background in mechanical or electrical engineering, with proven experience in project coordination or system integration.
* Strong understanding of vehicle development cycles, especially Life Series and Development phases.
* Excellent organizational and synthesis skills, with the ability to manage complex deliverables and multi-stakeholder coordination.
* Effective communicator, able to animate transversal teams and align with both technical and managerial interlocutors.
* Autonomy, rigor, and proactivity in driving project priorities and solving issues.
* Fluency in French and English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
* Familiarity with QCDP tracking tools and engineering documentation systems is appreciated.
* A collaborative mindset and a desire to contribute to the growth of the local technical team.
