Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Morocco for a Project Architect. The Project Architect will lead architectural projects from concept to completion, including preparation and review of submittals, overseeing design development, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. Responsibilities will also involve working on sustainable design initiatives, incorporating sustainable strategies (material reuse, rain water recycling etc..), and utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM, such as Archicad) to streamline project processes. The role requires collaboration with clients, consultants, and project teams to deliver innovative and efficient architectural solutions.
Qualifications
* Knowledge and demonstrated experience in Architecture, including design development and construction documentation.
* Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) for efficient design and project management processes.
* Experience with Project Management, including managing timelines, budgets, and project stakeholders.
* Understanding of sustainable design principles and certification frameworks such as LEED.
* Ability to prepare and review submittals, ensuring compliance with project requirements and standards.
* Strong leadership and communication skills for effective collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
* Architectural licensure or progress toward licensure is desirable.
* Experience in regional or cultural projects and fluency in French or Arabic is a plus.
