AEOLON Renewable Energy is a global leader in the manufacturing of wind turbine blades, committed to delivering innovative and sustainable solutions for the renewable energy industry. As part of our continued growth in Morocco, we are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations in Nador.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily production activities to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are achieved.

• Develop and implement production plans aligned with customer demand and business objectives.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing methodologies to improve productivity and reduce waste.

• Monitor KPIs, analyze production performance, and implement corrective actions to achieve operational excellence.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, HSE regulations, and company procedures.

• Collaborate closely with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Planning departments to optimize production flow.

• Manage, coach, and develop production supervisors and team leaders to build a high-performing workforce.

• Optimize workforce allocation, equipment utilization, and production resources.

• Participate in capacity planning, process optimization, and new product or process implementation.

• Prepare production reports and present operational performance to senior management.

Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment, including significant experience in production management.

• Proven leadership experience managing large production teams.

• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Excellent understanding of production planning, manufacturing processes, and performance management.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working in an international manufacturing environment is an advantage.

• Fluent in English (mandatory); French is highly desirable.
