Job Responsibilities

About the Role

At MAGNA the Production manager is reponsible of overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company. This includes managing and optimizing processes, coordinating resources, tracking key performance indicators, ensuring quality control, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives

Your Responsibilities

* Manage and develop the department's technical and production activities in line with defined objectives and company policy.
* Continuously evaluate operational efficiency.
* Report periodically to industrial management on progress and operational or improvement needs.
* Manage relations with other departments (Quality, Purchasing, Engineering, HR, Finance, etc.).
* Ensure compliance with established rules and procedures on workplace and environmental safety.
* Manage and control the resources entrusted to them ( Turnover, absence..)

Who We Are Looking For

* Bachelor's degree / Engineering degree in industrialization engineering or a related field.
* Experience of 10 or more in the automotive industry
* Management of production operations in an automotive industry for at least 05 years
* Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills with a capacity to manage challenging business stakeholders and a highly motivated team.
* Self-motivated and able to manage own workload to achieve targets set by self or others.
* Very good project management, leadership, and presentation skills.

Your Preferred Qualifications

* Proven Know how in manufacturing process in METAL for automotive industry
* Fluent in English and french
* Team and target orientation.
* Managing, motivational, communication and organisational abilities
