Production Manager

PROMAN Morocco is hiring a Production Manager with strong expertise in agribusiness and quality management, on behalf of one of its clients based in Béni Mellal.

International exposure is mandatory (through studies, a degree, or professional experience abroad).

Main Responsibilities:

As a Production Manager, you will play a key role in the company’s continued growth and help maintain its leading position in the industry by:

* Managing daily operations and maintaining close collaboration with the factory owner and management team.
* Safeguarding the client’s interests and ensuring smooth coordination on-site.
* Maximizing raw material yields by enforcing proper cutting specifications and selection criteria.
* Overseeing quality control and compliance, ensuring that all processes and procedures are consistently followed.
* Supporting the factory in reaching the production quantity and quality targets set by the client.
* Maintaining daily communication with the headquarters in the Netherlands.
* Leading a small team of 2 to 3 dedicated team members.

Candidate Profile:

* A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional background.
* Proven experience in a Production or Operations role, ideally within the meat or food industry.
* At least 2 years of relevant experience in the food or food-related sector.
* Fluent in English (Dutch/French is a plus).
* Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and import/export regulations.
* A hands-on mindset and proactive approach.

Job Location:

* The candidate will be based in Beni Mellal, spending at least 80% of their time in Morocco per month.
