Your Role as an Production Coordinator👷 ♂️ 🏭

• Manage induction, training, and flexibility grids for all newcomers and team members.

• Analyze skill needs and define training plans to improve team autonomy.

• Manage daily operations: absenteeism, safety rules, and environmental risk analysis.

• Ensure respect for standard stops and validate operator working times on Genba.

• Drive APZ objectives and foster a positive, involved social climate.

• Conduct annual performance appraisals and salary reviews.

• Perform daily On-the-Job Training (OJT) on implemented standards.

• Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental site rules within the perimeter.

• Ensure work instructions are up-to-date and respected for every station.

• Deploy TPM standards: red tags, systematic inspection, and 1st level maintenance.

• Monitor equipment performance, cycle times, and micro-stoppages.

• Manage weekly headcounts and ensure production meets SQCDM & inventory targets.

• Review daily QRAP, resolve issues, and escalate to APU level when needed.

• Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure daily and weekly MPS adherence.

• Monitor shift QCDM and ensure all performance boards are updated.

• Lead action plans to improve SQCDM performance and productivity (P-30).

• Drive safety risk reduction and lead line Safety QRQC.

• Participate in APU QRQC and pilot problem-solving tools (PDCA, FTA, 5 Whys).

• Lead VPS workshops (5S, Hoshin, TPM, MUDA hunting) and prepare Kaizen Cards.

• Manage the APZ budget and promote Valeo 5 axes to reach V5000 targets.

What we are looking for 🫵

• Mechanical or industrial Engineer.

• More than 3 years of experience in the automotive industry.

• Fluent in English.

• Communication and team management skills are a big plus.
