Product Support Representative (m/f/d)

There are your tasks

* Focus on safety and advice on best working practices during execution of maintenance and repairs, as per Liebherr guidelines. Respect the customer guidelines on the mine site
* Guide and train the on-site Service team
* Train the technicians doing the service on the equipment (hands-on training)
* Provide guidelines for planning and preventive/predictive maintenance

* Perform or supervise mechanical and electrical maintenance and repair tasks on the equipment:
* Test the equipment’s performance
* Troubleshooting
* Advise on maintenance practices for equipment long term durability

* Represent Liebherr towards the on-site service team and the customer
* Provide information on factory updates and upgrades
* Advise on the special tooling, the spare parts stock, the equipment usage
* Promote Liebherr products and services

* Organize major jobs, such as machine assembly / commissioning, or major component’s change-out
* Report on his activities
* Inspections, service and visit reports
* Failure report and improvement proposal reports for information of Liebherr Mining Factory
* Attend when required to Liebherr Mining internal product improvement’s meetings

What You Bring With You

* Technical high school (mechanic, hydraulic or electro-mechanic)
* Experience in heavy duty equipment maintenance: ideally more than 5 years
* Very good knowledge and experience in maintenance and repairs on Liebherr equipment
* Ability to troubleshoot with methodology any type of failure
* Ability to communicate in verbal and written form with customers
* Leadership skills
* Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Cost Awareness: Strives to keep costs within budget, and communicates status of cost developments
* Language: Fluent in English and in other national language. Mastering Spanish, French or German would be a further advantage
* Adaptation and integration : ability to work in different cultural environments
* Ability to face critical situations: to defend the Liebherr image in all circumstances
