Surgical Consumables (Sutures, Meshes, Biosurgicals)


The BBraun auth. Regional Scientific Office is planning to expand its regional product expertise presence in order to support its continuous growth plans. Based in Morocco, in close collaboration with local distribution partners and in alignment with the regional Business Development Management (BDM) structure, expected Duties & Responsibilities for the right candidate would include the following:


Sales & Marketing activities:

o  Forecasting activities in close alignment with local distribution partners.

o  Plan and execute sales and strategic targets.

o  Plan and execute customer / clinical visits, OR attendance, staff presentations.

o  Plan and execute new product launches.

o  Regular reporting activities on sales performance, market and competitor activities.

o  Identify new business opportunities, analyse context and plan conversion into sales.


Market Development activities:

o  Develop deep relationships with healthcare professionals and other relevant industry stakeholders.

o  Develop deep understanding of customer’s needs.

o  Develop deep understanding of surgical indications and implementation of assigned B.Braun portfolio.

o  Develop deep product knowledge transfer and expertise sharing capabilities with distribution partner sales teams.

o  Plan and execute workshops, road shows, trainings and product demonstrations in close collaboration with local distribution partners.

o  Actively implement global and regional strategies in close collaboration with local distribution partners & regional BDM.


The ideal candidate would possess the following skill set:

o  Sales & Marketing experience in the medical field.

o  A medical sector qualification and/or deep understanding of surgical processes and indications will be considered an asset.

o  An entrepreneurial mindset combined with a strong hands-on mentality.

o  A strong collaborative attitude with good communication and presentation skills.

o  A self-confident and a high level of self-motivation.

o  Fluency in French and English languages obligatory.

o  Knowledge in common IT software is required.

o  Based in Morocco with readiness to travel in the region, as well as to B.Braun venues.
