Kinetic is working with a reputable Medical Device company actively recruiting a Product Specialist for their team in Morocco.

Key aspects of the role include:

* Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with assigned customers
* Develop, execute, and regularly review account plans in line with company commercial strategies
* Effectively plan customer visits and document outcomes in the sales system
* Recommend tailored solutions that create value for both the customer and the organization
* Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities, potential risks, and customer needs
* Deliver clear and compelling product presentations highlighting key benefits
* Coordinate and distribute promotional materials in alignment with marketing plans
* Attend industry events and customer meetings, and support the organization of company-led events
* Provide product training and ongoing support to customers as required
* Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and support functions, to achieve objectives
* Meet or exceed sales revenue targets within the assigned business unit and territory

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

* Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering is advantageous
* Have 3–5 years of experience in healthcare or medical equipment sales
* Maintain established connections with ICU clinicians, nurses, and biomedical engineers (preferred)
* Demonstrate proficiency in English across speaking, writing, and reading
* Be skilled in using Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel at an intermediate to advanced level
* Be flexible and willing to travel frequently across the assigned region and beyond
