Hi! We are the Omnevo Logistics Development Team and are looking forward to meeting you. Our team of more than 20 colleagues includes developers, QA specialists, DevOps engineers, designers, project managers, a technical lead, and a product owner (for mobile devices). We're now looking for additional support in our cross-functional setup.

Our web-based software is called ILS, which stands for Inflight Logistics Solution. It addresses the complex logistics flows of inflight-sold products such as food, beverages, and duty-free items.

We believe we’re building the leading software solution in the travel retail sector. We enjoy solving new challenges together and achieving great things as a team. With focus, flexibility, and collaboration, we continuously improve our solution.

You’ll work onsite with your teammates in Tangier, Morocco, and collaborate with Omnevo colleagues in Wiesbaden, Germany. If your first or second native language is French or Arabic (Darija) and you're fluent in English, this could be a great opportunity for you!

Your job

* You manage and prioritize both project and product backlogs for our back-office logistics solution and POS mobile application.
* You write clear, actionable user stories and collaborate with clients and developers to realize features.
* You engage with account managers to understand our clients’ business needs and pain points, evaluate feature requests, and translate them into product requirements.
* You find creative solutions based on existing software functionality and make independent decisions about the product roadmap.
* You maintain close, professional relationships with clients—knowing when to accept, challenge, or clarify requirements.
* You play a key role in strengthening our quality assurance and ensuring end-to-end process visibility. You proactively drive the establishment of robust QA frameworks and scalable process standards, contributing to the overall maturity and scalability of our development process.
* You ensure thorough documentation of product requirements, user stories, and project progress, and prepare feature and product documentation.
* You foster transparent communication and alignment across a multicultural team in Morocco, Germany, the UK, and Hungary.

What you bring along

* Several years of experience as a product owner in software development, ideally in logistics, aviation, catering, or another complex operational domain.
* Native-level French or Arabic (Darija), and business-fluent English (written and spoken).
* Deep experience in backlog management and close daily collaboration with software development teams.
* Proven leadership skills: you set a clear vision, empower your cross-functional team, and build scalable structures and workflows.
* Solid skills in project and stakeholder management, including representing your team and product to external partners.
* Willingness to engage in technical discussions and learn about technical solutions to effectively communicate them to stakeholders.
* A pragmatic, flexible mindset that allows you to take situational responsibility and support your team as needed.
* Strong intercultural competencies and a people-first mindset that helps foster a trustful, collaborative work environment.
