We are hiring an experienced UX/UI designer to join our Product teams & Back-office system to be responsible for delivering highly efficient user & data-centric experiences to our agents and internal colleagues, taking ownership of interviews, surveys, usability tests and translate the findings into user journeys, mock-ups, and prototypes.

Imedia24 GmbH, a German based company in Munich; Specialized in providing digitized solutions, IT Consulting and services to organizations & businesses to help them monitor and optimize Products; Operations and transactions using the latest technologies.

Profile:

* Min 5 years of work experience in UX/UI design field
* A portfolio featuring examples of product design work and case studies.
* The ability to articulate your design decisions.
* Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, etc.
* Clean visual design sense
* Fluent communication skills in English

In this role:

* You will work alongside a cross-functional agile team; UX/UI designers, software developers, product managers and stakeholders.
* Continuously iterating to ensure the best user experience of our Product & Back-office system.
* Solve complex problems improving/defining the user experience of current/new features of our digital products: from initial ideas (product discovery, ideation, user research, wireframe, user journeys, mockups) to production-ready designs (pixel-perfect UI, prototype)
* Be the voice of the user and drive UX/UI decisions in a cross-functional team to ensure usability and consistency across our digital touch-points.
* Frequently communicate with users and stakeholders to understand their workflow and needs
* Balance between users' needs, business’s needs and technical effort
* Articulate well your design-decisions and be open to receive & give critique feedback
* Iterate, observe, understand how user fails, and learn from it
* Make use of qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions
* Work with, maintain, and challenge our design system
* Be a role model to your UX/UI design colleagues.

What we’d love you to have:

* Proven knowledge/experience in UX/UI design: information architecture, usability, prototyping, design process, etc, and sharp, up-to- date, UI skills
* Bachelor’s in interaction design, human-computer interaction, digital design OR gained relevant work experience in the UX/UI design field
* To be able to work autonomously in a responsive, fluid environment and have experience working in agile and fast-paced surroundings
* A mind filled with simple & innovative ideas and a high interest in solving complex digital product challenges
