We are looking for a Producion Manager – (Docteur en Pharmacie)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coach production supervisors and operators

• Organize the workflow by preparing operational schedules, assigning responsibilities, and ensuring the achievement of Production objectives

• Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees

• Analyze and check production results according to Production goals, identifying opportunities and addressing improvements

• Prepare and review master production documents and SOPs

• Ensure the safe and careful use of equipment and ensure required maintenance

• Prepare and submit performance reports to leadership

• Identify performance opportunities (Productivity, Quality, Cost, Safety, People), suggest and implement improvements through problem solving and Lean Manufacturing tools

• Train employees and ensure workplace compliance with SOPs and safety procedures

• Enforce and respect strict Safety and GMP´s guidelines, as well as company standards

Requirements and skills:

• Docteur en Pharmacie with at least 3 years of experience in similar role

• Experience in pharmaceutical processes, preferably in the production of oral solid dosage forms

• Experience in using various types of Pharma manufacturing machinery

• Organizational and leadership abilities

• Communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

• Problem-solving and Lean Manufacturing skills
