• Engineering Degree or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as process engineer/Method responsible with a Harness Maker.

• Have a good sense of responsibility & Leadership Skills.

• Availability & flexibility.

• Management of new projects & Change management.

• Knowledge of SAP, Excel.

• Perfect command of spoken and written English.

#Challengecheck:

• Manage investment budgets for plant invest/capacity extension projects.

• Ensure capacity analysis in term of equipment

• Responsible for the implementation of new projects and processes according to the company's development plan and customer requirements.

• Responsible for evaluation and implementation of customer & engineering change.

• Identify bottlenecks and resolve issues.

• Motivate team around business KPI.

• Lead lean projects to ensure Efficiency, space saving & cost saving.

• Ensure agile work team and drive collective progress.

• Support production in the event of a quality problem or in the event of an improvement project in terms of methods, work instruction, implementation of new standards in a Lean approach
