Job Description
This position provides essential support in the coordination and monitoring of marketing and service development activities within the automotive sector. The role is twofold: ensuring the creation and follow-up of the Marketing Action Plan and supporting the resolution of critical issues across stakeholders. The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining alignment, visibility, and efficiency in project execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and regularly update the Marketing Action Plan by collecting inputs from various internal stakeholders.
* Monitor weekly progress, identify critical issues or blocking points, and support their resolution.
* Update and maintain the roadmap of new services and initiatives.
* Ensure clear communication and coordination between marketing, technical, and project teams.
* Support the implementation of Agile methodologies and tools across the team.
* Maintain compliance with internal project management standards and timelines.
Required Profile
* Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
* 0 to 3 years of experience in project coordination, marketing, or the automotive industry.
* Fluent in English (spoken and written); Italian is a strong asset.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
* Familiarity with Program Management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
* Basic knowledge of the automotive sector.
* Agile/Scrum Master certification is a strong plus.
