1. JOB PURPOSE:

The Plastic Surgeon will be responsible for performing a variety of cosmetic and reconstructive procedures, including liposuction, Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), tummy tucks (abdominoplasty), breast augmentations, and other aesthetic and reconstructive surgeries. The ideal candidate will have exceptional surgical skills, a commitment to patient safety, and a passion for helping patients achieve their desired results.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

● Technical/Operations duties

1. Cosmetic Surgical Procedures:

● Perform a range of cosmetic surgeries, including but not limited to liposuction, BBL, tummy tucks, breast augmentations, facelifts, and rhinoplasty.

● Develop and customize treatment plans based on patient goals and medical evaluations.

● Stay updated on the latest surgical techniques, tools, and technologies in the cosmetic surgery field.

2. Patient Care and Consultation:

● Conduct comprehensive consultations, evaluating patient needs and medical history.

● Educate patients on procedure details, potential risks, and post-operative care requirements.

● Ensure patient satisfaction by providing high-quality care and managing expectations effectively.

3. Surgical Preparation and Execution:

● Prepare operating rooms with necessary equipment and materials.

● Adhere strictly to hygiene and safety protocols during surgical procedures.

● Collaborate with anesthesiologists, nurses, and other medical professionals to ensure smooth and safe operations.

4. Post-Operative Care and Follow-Up:

● Monitor patient recovery and manage any post-operative complications.

● Provide guidance on post-surgical care to ensure optimal results.

● Schedule and conduct follow-up appointments to track patient progress.

5. Compliance & Risk Management:

● Ensure compliance with medical regulations, ethical standards, and clinic policies.

● Maintain accurate and confidential medical records.

● Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.

● Qualification

● Medical degree with specialization in Plastic Surgery.

● Board certification in Plastic Surgery.

● Minimum of 5 years of experience in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery.

● Valid medical license.

● Proven track record of successful outcomes in cosmetic procedures.
