We're looking for a highly organized and proactive assistant to support the founder across multiple ongoing ventures:
* The Work Loft – creative coworking space, concept store & LOFTWEAR clothing brand
* Move & Brunch – curated fitness & lifestyle events
* Akar Business Center – B2B real estate client
* And other evolving projects in the business and creative space
This is a dynamic role that requires versatility, attention to detail, and strong execution skills, supporting both business operations and personal logistics.
Key Responsibilities
* Calendar management, scheduling, follow-ups, coordination
* Personal assistance: errands, bookings, travel planning, basic admin
* Project tracking: meeting notes, task follow-up, document formatting
* Event assistance: logistics support for internal and client events
* Research & sourcing: tools, suppliers, venues, benchmarks
* Light communications: email drafting, proofreading, presentation formatting
Profile
* Reliable, detail-oriented, and highly organized
* Able to manage multiple priorities independently
* Comfortable with tools such as Google Suite, Notion, WhatsApp Web, Canva
* Strong written and spoken French; professional English appreciated
Contract & Work Setup
* Location: Rabat (on-site position)
* Contract: CDI, full-time
* Weekly hours: 44h
* Monday to Friday: 9am – 6pm (1h lunch break)
* Saturday: 9am – 1pm
* Start date: As soon as possible
* Compensation: To be defined based on experience
