We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide remote support with day-to-day operations. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
• Manage diaries, appointments, and scheduling
• Organize and maintain records, documents, and emails
• Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth operations
• Act as a point of contact and manage communications effectively
What We’re Looking For:
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving
• Previous PA or admin experience is an advantage
• High school diploma
