Pedagogical Supervisor - Rabat/Casa/Kech/Fez

Addictest helps students secure places at leading international universities through high-impact academic mentoring and application support. We’re scaling our mentor operations and looking for a Pedagogical Supervisor to elevate quality, outcomes, and team performance.

What you’ll do

* Lead & coach mentors: Run 1:1s, shadow sessions, and feedback loops to raise coaching quality.
* Own student timelines: Track application roadmaps/KPIs; ensure 100% deadline adherence and SLA compliance.
* Guarantee quality: Audit session notes, meeting hygiene, and follow-ups; standardize best practices.
* Bridge comms: Be the operational link between mentors and leadership; surface risks early.
* Report & improve: Deliver concise weekly reports with insights, trends, and process improvements.

What success looks like (first 90 days)

* Playbook for mentor QA launched and adopted.
* On-time submission rate at target across cohorts.
* Clear escalation and communication cadence in place.

You bring

* Bac+3 or higher; English-medium background preferred.
* Excellent communication in French & English.
* Proven team leadership, planning, and prioritization skills.
* Strong pedagogical mindset, accountability, and bias for action.
* Bonus: experience with education ops, CRM/workflow tools (e.g., Notion, HubSpot, Trello, Sheets).
