Job Summary:
The ideal candidate must have strong experience in tourism operations, hospitality, destination management, guest experience, logistics, and team management. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining service quality standards, managing operational teams, and supporting business growth.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
* Oversee all daily operational activities and tourism experiences.
* Ensure smooth coordination between departments and operational teams.
* Maintain high guest satisfaction and service standards.
* Monitor operational performance and implement improvements.
* Manage staffing schedules, manpower planning, and operational readiness.
* Handle operational challenges and guest escalations professionally.
* Coordinate transportation, activities, vendors, and tourism logistics.
* Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and legal procedures.
* Monitor operational costs and support budgeting control.
* Conduct team training and operational briefings.
* Support business development and tourism growth initiatives.
* Prepare operational reports and performance updates.
Job Qualifications:
* Minimum 3- 4 years of experience in tourism, hospitality, or operations management.
* Previous experience in tourism destinations, DMCs, resorts, or hospitality projects.
* Strong leadership and organizational skills.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Experience managing operational teams and guest experiences.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operations.
* Knowledge of tourism operations and hospitality standards.
* Arabic, English, or French communication skills are preferred.
