Operations Associate

💡 About the role

We’re looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed Operations Assistant to join our small but mighty team and help build the backbone of hospitality operations.

You’ll work directly with the founding team—alums of Uber, Walmart, Classpass, McKinsey and Amazon—on one of the most critical parts of our product: ensuring the data that powers it is clean and our operations are structured and reliable. This is a hands-on role where precision and consistency are everything.

🤝 About the founders

Nadine ElAshkar – Serial entrepreneur and former McKinsey consultant who streamlined procurement for Fortune 500s. She was also a PM at Walmart eCommerce (AI assistant team) and a VC in Silicon Valley.

Javier Araya – Serial entrepreneur with multiple exits, including the largest electronics brand in Chile and a company acquired by Mindbody-ClassPass, where he led all of LatAm.

They met while earning their master’s degrees at Stanford.

🛠 What you’ll do

* Enter, clean, and organize large sets of product and supplier data
* Ensure accuracy and consistency across internal systems
* Work with operations to identify and resolve issues
* Build and improve internal processes for better data and operations flow and quality
* Keep things running smoothly behind the scenes—we can’t ship without you

* Have 3+ years of experience in data entry, admin support, or operations
* Are meticulous, reliable, and take pride in doing things right the first time
* Are comfortable with spreadsheets, databases, and internal tools
* Can work independently and stay organized in a fast-moving environment
* Have strong communication skills and a B2 English level or higher

⭐ Bonus points

* Experience in procurement, supply chain, or hospitality
* Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets
* Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
* Comfort with data formats like CSV or JSON, or QA for structured data

Schedule:

4 days a week + 3 hours during Saturdays + 5 hours durin Sundays.
