Role Purpose
As Online Marketing Manager, you will be a key player in building and scaling our online business, including web and mobile platforms. You will define the online strategy and manage digital operations, also maintain the relationship between the local teams and partners. This role plays a central part in our digital roadmap and reports directly to the General Manager.
Key Responsabilities
* Structure and lead the Online Department in alignment with strategic business goals.
* Define and implement marketing strategies and performance-driven tactics for web and mobile platforms.
* Drive online customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through multi-channel campaigns including Display and Programmatic.
* Manage affiliate partnerships and optimize performance (campaigns, creatives, promotions, reports, and customer service).
* Work closely with Product, CRM, Marketing, and Customer Operations to support digital initiatives and campaigns.
* Analyze KPIs, prepare performance reports, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign outcomes.
* Proactively identify and pursue new online growth opportunities and marketing channels.
* Ensure seamless collaboration with the Marketing team for a full-funnel strategy.
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Communications.
* Minimum of 10 years in digital marketing, account management, or related fields.
* Proven experience with digital products in B2C or B2B environments.
* Strong background in project/account management or CRM/Marketing.
Skills & Capabilities
* Fluency in English and French (spoken and written) is required.
* Excellent organizational, analytical, and prioritization skills.
* Confident communicator across various levels and departments.
* Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit, with the ability to build trust and collaboration internally and externally.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
