Network & System Engineer (Permanent)

ProductLife Group is looking for a Network & System Engineer to join its global IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and securing our hybrid infrastructure (on-premise and cloud), ensuring system reliability, scalability, and performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Management

* Administer and support storage systems (SAN/NAS – QNAP, Dell, Synology)
* Maintain and optimize virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere/ESXi, Hyper-V)
* Implement and monitor data backup solutions (Veeam, Barracuda Cloud)

Networking & Security

* Configure and manage Fortinet network equipment (switches, access points, firewalls)
* Manage VPNs, firewall rules, and network perimeter protection
* Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot network issues

Cloud & Endpoint Management

* Administer Microsoft Intune and Autopilot
* Enforce MDM/MDN security policies
* Support device lifecycle and endpoint protection (Microsoft Defender)

Monitoring & Documentation

* Monitor infrastructure performance (SolarWinds, PRTG, Zabbix)
* Maintain accurate system documentation (configurations, procedures, diagrams)
* Ensure DRP (Disaster Recovery) and BCP (Business Continuity) documentation is up to date

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
* 8+ years of relevant experience in infrastructure, networking, or systems administration
* Fluency in English (spoken and technical)
* Proficiency in:
* Storage systems: SAN/NAS, RAID
* Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V
* Networking: Fortinet switches, firewalls, VPNs
* Cloud tools: Intune, Autopilot, MDM/MDN
* OS: Windows Server (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO), basic Linux
* Monitoring tools: SolarWinds, PRTG, Zabbix
