Job Responsibilities:
* Implementing SSL by-pass
* Parsing through SASE logs
* Checking network drivers, proper permission, etc...
* Understanding various HTTP errors and causes.
* Using an Autonomous Digital Experience Management user monitoring tools to help pin-point issues.
* Receiving employee tickets surrounding network issues i.e. "can't access the internet, can't access an application, etc..." and working with that user to identify the issue and resolve
Required qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree/Certifications in Computer Science, Network, or related field.
* Indepth knowledge & strong understanding of networks
* Indepth knowledge & strong understanding of hooks between various technologies
* Indepth knowledge and strong understanding of security technologies/concepts/policies
* Hands on troubleshooting experience
* Ability to contineously learn
* Leadership qualities
