RED TIC is looking for a qualified Network Operations Engineer to join our client’s team. As a Network Operations Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability and optimal performance of our client’s network infrastructure. You will be responsible for monitoring network activity, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to enhance network efficiency.

MISSION : OPERATIONS

Responsibilities

Network Monitoring:

* Monitor network performance and identify potential issues.
* Implement proactive measures to ensure optimal network functioning.

Troubleshooting

* Diagnose and resolve network-related problems promptly
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex network issues.

Configuration And Maintenance

* Configure and maintain network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
* Perform routine updates and maintenance tasks to ensure network security.

Performance Optimization

* Optimize network performance by implementing necessary upgrades and improvements.
* Collaborate with IT teams to plan and execute network expansion projects.

Security Management

* Implement and maintain network security protocols.
* Monitor for security breaches and take appropriate measures to safeguard the network.

Documentation

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network configurations and changes.
* Develop network diagrams and documentation for reference and troubleshooting.

Skills And Qualifications

* Proven experience as a Network Operations Engineer or in a similar role.
* In-depth knowledge of network protocols, hardware, and software.
* Familiarity with security protocols and network management tools.
* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Education And Experience

* Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network+) are a plus.
* Demonstrated experience in network operations and maintenance.
