As our guided tour operations continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced, reliable, and customer-oriented Motorcycle Tour Guide to join our team.

This position is ideal for an individual who combines excellent riding skills with a passion for travel, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead guided motorcycle tours throughout Morocco.

• Ensure the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of all participants.

• Conduct rider briefings and maintain group organization throughout each tour.

• Manage daily itineraries and coordinate tour logistics.

• Share local knowledge, cultural insights, and destination highlights.

• Perform basic pre-ride motorcycle inspections and report any technical issues.

• Represent the Motonomad brand with professionalism and integrity.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who possess:

• A valid Category A motorcycle licence.

• Strong motorcycle riding skills and confidence on long-distance routes.

• Fluent English. French is considered a strong advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A customer-focused and service-oriented mindset.

• A professional attitude with the ability to lead groups confidently.

• Good knowledge of Morocco's road network and major tourist destinations.

Previous experience in motorcycle touring, tourism, hospitality, or customer service is appreciated but not mandatory. We value professionalism, reliability, adaptability, and a genuine passion for motorcycles above formal qualifications.
