Tactical Tactics is growing, and we're looking for the person who will become the daily bridge between our North American clients and our Moroccan production partners.

The role in one sentence: You take an inquiry from a North American client, translate it into a sourcing brief, push it through our Production Team, and follow the order all the way to delivery. You're the operator who makes deals move — from inquiry to shipment.

What you'll actually do:

↳ Own client accounts and protect every deal at every step

↳ Translate client needs into actionable briefs for our MPs

↳ Secure the right offers, negotiate, and follow production closely

↳ Be the guardian of the commercial relationship, day after day.

Who you are:

✔ 1+ years in merchandising, sourcing, export sales, account management, or a client-facing role (textile, fashion, or industrial B2B)

✔ Fluent English, written and spoken — non-negotiable (100% North American client base) ✔ Sharp communication: clear, concise, professional, fast

✔ Commercially minded: a quote isn't a document, it's a deal in progress

✔ Organized and proactive: you follow up before being asked

Bonus points for:

* Exposure to the textile value chain (fabrics, accessories, finished products)
* Familiarity with Incoterms (FOB, DDP), HS codes, export documentation
* Prior experience with North American clients or across time zones
* Understanding of compliance and sustainability standards (GOTS, OEKO-TEX, RSE)
