Material Planner

YOUR ROLE

As a Material Planner, you will analyze the customer's programs in consultation with the Planning Coordinator in order to carry out the programming of production orders under optimal conditions of deadlines, quality and service.

Responsibilities

As a Material Planner, you will be in charge of these various accountabilities:

• Monitor any anomalies from the supplier;

• Analyze MP and component requirements;

• Send the supplier the procurement programs while indicating the references, quantities and my week of receipt;

• Analyze WIP stock (overstock, stock shortage and negative stock) weekly;

• Detect and track anomalies (cutting, production, engineering) causing stock shortages;

• Ensure compliance with procedures, health and safety;

• Transfer anomaly cases to Key Users via ID Tool ;

• Clear orders weekly to avoid overstocking;

• Check the receipt of the goods in the store;

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Engineering degree or Master’s degree in Logistics or equivalent.

• Advanced English is mandatory

• Knowledge of logistics process

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving and analytical skills are required

• Advanced computer skills
