Marketo & Marketing Operations Expert

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketo & Marketing Operations Specialist to support marketing systems, data quality, and operational processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, optimize workflows, and provide actionable reporting to drive smarter business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Manage inbound inquiries across channels, ensuring accurate data and routing

·       Maintain data integrity, troubleshoot issues, and optimize workflows

·       Standardize data across systems and build ad hoc reports

·       Organize multiple projects, document best practices, and collaborate with teams

Ideal Candidate Profile:

·       More thant 10 years in marketing operations or a related field

·       Marketo and Salesforce CRM experience and strong Excel skills

·       High attention to detail, strong organizational and analytical skills

·       Excellent communication in English (French a plus)
