Marketing Designer & Creative Lead

Position 

As a Marketing Designer & Creative Lead, you will be responsible for creating compelling and visually engaging designs that communicate our brand's message and values. You will lead the creative vision for all marketing materials and ensure consistency across digital and print assets. 

Your Missions 

* Lead the design of marketing collateral, including digital ads, social media content, brochures, and presentations 
* Create engaging, visually appealing content that aligns with Polymorpho's brand identity and voice 
* Work closely with the marketing and product teams to create content that supports product launches, campaigns, and events 
* Maintain and evolve the visual identity of the brand across all platforms and materials 
* Manage the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality assets 
* Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our creative assets fresh and relevant 
* Collaborate with external agencies and freelancers as needed for specialized projects 
* Oversee the design and production of multimedia content (video, animation, etc.) for marketing purposes 
* Ensure all designs meet company standards and provide a consistent, polished brand experience

Profile Sought 

You are a creative and detail-oriented designer with a strong passion for marketing and branding. You have experience leading design initiatives and know how to translate complex ideas into visually compelling content. 

Skills & Requirements 

* 5+ years of experience in graphic design, marketing design, or creative leadership 
* Strong portfolio showcasing your design work, particularly in digital and print marketing 
* Proficient in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, etc.) 
* Experience in leading design projects from concept to completion 
* Strong understanding of branding, typography, and color theory 
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally 
* Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, and animation is a plus 
* Familiarity with the cybersecurity industry is a plus 
* Fluent in English
