The Marketing Director is in charge of defining and implementing the Marketing plan (market analysis, determination of targets, action plan, choice of advertising axes, etc.) and implements operations with the aim of building, customizing to local needs, to create the most satisfying brands and product portfolio experience for the customer across the channels and maximize the revenue.
This also includes participation in the omnichannel marketing strategy and operations –
including research and benchmarks, go-to-market off/online, digital and social strategy, campaign communication ATL/BTL/Digital, media plan & spending, promo plan, trade initiatives etc -.
The role holder will liaise closely with internal stakeholders – HQ, product and sales team, partners, suppliers – to run cohesively and effectively the plans; he/she will also lead the relationship with the institutional stakeholder, guarantying the compliance with the concessionaire commitments and the Responsible Gaming mission and CSR local activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define and implement the Marketing plan, drawing up the omnichannel marketing strategy, including digital/social and retail plans and its budget
* Manage the product portfolio, run the launch and go-to-market of new games and functionalities + be in charge of adapting the product locally, generating the programs locally, …
* Identify new market and product opportunities, studying the competition (benchmarking) and analysing and anticipating players' needs and expectations
* You will run the Communication campaign (ATL/BTL/Digital/Social) and PR activities, identifying and coordinating the agencies; managing the media plan its expenditure
* You will ensure the deployment of the Safer Gambling strategy working with the international and local teams to conduct GAP analyses in order to identify changes and improvement areas + be in charge of adapting & implementing Responsible Gaming activities in Morocco and reporting about them
* You will support the implementation of the Safer Gambling policies and procedures thorough robust and auditable processes (ie. WLA certification standards)
