We're hiring a ManyChat Expert.


We are not looking for someone who builds basic flows.

We are looking for someone who understands how to convert attention into leads and leads into revenue using ManyChat.


What makes this role different?

You will own the entire backend of our lead generation systems.


Every piece of content we publish has one goal

capture leads and convert them


Your job is to build the systems that make that happen consistently across our brand and our clients.


Your day-to-day:

* Build high converting DM funnels from Instagram and Facebook content
* Create automation systems that capture emails and deliver lead magnets
* Design multi step conversations that qualify leads and push them toward calls or offers
* Set up advanced tagging and segmentation based on user behavior
* Build tracking systems to identify where every lead comes from
* Connect ManyChat to our CRM systems: HubSpot & Google Sheets
* Track full funnel performance from first message to booked call to sale
* Analyze drop off points and continuously improve conversion rates
* Work closely with our content team to turn posts into lead generation machines
* Build reusable systems that can be deployed across multiple clients


Your obsession:

This is not a “flow builder” role.


We care about results


* How many leads are generated
* How many book calls
* How much revenue is generated


If you cannot track and improve these numbers, this is not the role for you.


Requirements:

* Experience working on at least 3 Instagram accounts with 50k+ followers
* Experience building complex DM funnels for lead generation specifically
* Experience integrating ManyChat with CRMs or external systems
* Ability to build clean tracking and attribution systems
* Being a data junky
* Ability to think beyond automation and focus on conversion
