With established offices across Europe and the Middle East, we are expanding our presence in Morocco and seeking an experienced and versatile professional to lead our operations in Casablanca.

Role Overview

As the Managing Director / Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and development of the Casablanca branch. You will oversee daily operations, improve internal processes, manage teams, and contribute to both strategic growth and commercial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all business operations in Casablanca

• Oversee and optimise day-to-day workflows, structures, and reporting

• Guide local teams and ensure alignment with international goals

• Coordinate construction-related initiatives and service delivery

• Support marketing, branding, and local market positioning

• Implement IT solutions to streamline operations where necessary

• Maintain relationships with partners and generate new business opportunities

• Report directly to the international board

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior management or director-level role

• Strong knowledge of general business operations and organisational development

• Working knowledge of IT systems, automation, and digital tools

• Affinity with marketing strategy and business development

• Background in or understanding of the construction sector is a plus

• Fluent in French and English (Arabic is an advantage)

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven, hands-on approach

• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
