PIA is seeking Managers to lead key workstreams on high-impact projects for industrial clients. In this role, you will drive business strategy and transformation initiatives, helping clients improve profitability, enhance sustainability, and accelerate performance through digital solutions.

This is a full-time, permanent leadership position, offering the opportunity to take ownership of projects, shape client engagements, and contribute to the firm’s expansion.

Key responsibilities

* Lead consulting workstreams, ensuring high-quality execution and delivering actionable recommendations.
* Conduct data-driven analysis, financial modeling, and strategic assessments to support client decision-making.
* Build and maintain trusted relationships with client teams and senior stakeholders.
* Develop and implement innovative solutions that drive measurable business impact.
* Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering professional growth and high performance.

Required skills and experience

* 6–10 years of experience in operations consulting or industrial advisory (top-tier consulting or relevant industry experience preferred).
* Proven track record in managing project workstreams and delivering measurable impact.
* Strong financial analysis skills, strategic thinking, and executive communication capabilities.
* Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on client impact and business growth.
* Willingness to travel to client sites, including international projects.
* Fluent in English and French (Arabic is a plus)
