As the Manager – Development, you will be responsible for the development (both strategic and operational) of QD business projects while maintaining customer/ investor relations and providing feedback to the management regarding competitive offerings, prospects and generating product development ideas.
* Responsible for development of business projects by identifying new markets, growth opportunities, trends, customer, products, and services.
* Working along with Sales and Marketing team in product selling and relationship management, as required.
* Reviewing product definition, pricing strategy and marketing collaterals proposed by sales and marketing teams.
* Monitoring performance of leasing and sales against targets and business requirements and mentoring teams through trainings and regular evaluation of performance.
* Monitor markets, trends and anticipate risks and opportunities for existing and new business projects.
* Maintaining relations with potential investors, government authorities and clients in the market.
An Ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience in Real estate development managing end to end projects for mixed use real estate industry.
He/ she should be a Bachelor of Business or engineering discipline. MBA or master's will be preferred.
