🇲🇦 MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

We design and manufacture our own products, which allows the company to maintain full control over quality and innovation. With a global presence, we have subsidiaries in Italy, the United States, Mexico, Brazil, China, India, Morocco and Japan, and distributes its products to over 70 countries.

We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our fast-growing production plant in Tangier (FAINA). The ideal candidate will join a dynamic industrial environment, supporting the continuous improvement of the maintenance department and contributing to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond efficiently to plant breakdowns (mechanical, adjustment, and electrical issues).
* Execute the preventive maintenance program.
* Propose and implement improvement actions to prevent recurring failures and optimize operations.
* Collaborate closely with the production and maintenance teams.
* Contribute to the department’s professionalization through technical discipline and best practices.

Required Profile

* Electromechanical background with strong knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, industrial electricity, and mechanics
* Ability to interpret power and control electrical diagrams, pneumatic schematics, and mechanical drawings
* Experience with conventional lathe and milling machines is a plus.
* Minimum 6 years of experience in demanding industrial environments.
* Strong diagnostic skills, fast problem-solving capabilities, and a proactive mindset.
* Good spoken and written Spanish and/or English.
* Willingness to work rotating morning and afternoon shifts, Monday to Saturday
