Role Purpose:
As Maintenance Supervisor, you will establish and lead the Maintenance function of the Kenitra brownfield /greenfield plant, ensuring the technical readiness, availability, and reliability of all production equipment and facilities from the very first day of operations. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and continuously improving maintenance systems to meet production and quality targets in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and lead the Maintenance team, setting standards and processes for a new manufacturing site.
* Coordinate installation, commissioning, and start-up of production equipment.
* Plan, implement, and optimize preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies and proceses.
* Manage investment budgets for equipment, tools, and spare parts during the plant’s ramp-up and steady state.
* Develop relationships with local suppliers and integrate global best practices within the PKC network.
* Oversee facility management (building, utilities, HVAC, electrical systems) to ensure operational readiness.
* Establish spare parts management processes and optimize stock levels from the start.
* Implement strategies to reduce downtime through data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.
* Provide structured reporting and follow escalation protocols to support decision-making.

Your Profile:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
* Min 3 years of working experience in similar role in wiring harness automotive sector.
* Proven industrialization experience, ideally in greenfield or ramp-up manufacturing environments.
* Expertise in Lean production principles and modern maintenance methods.
* Strong problem-solving, analytical, and hands-on technical skills.
* Leadership qualities to inspire and manage a new, growing maintenance team.
* Flexibility, organizational strength, and excellent communication skills in a cross-functional setting.
* Well-organized and reliable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
* Ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements.
* Familiarity with IATF and Lean Manufacturing principles.
* Fluent in English, Arabic and French
