🎯 Your Mission
As a Logistics Planning & Customer Service Officer, you will play a key role in managing customer orders, coordinating logistics operations, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients and subsidiaries.
🧩 Key Responsibilities

Manage customer and subsidiary orders end-to-end in ERP systems (entry, follow-up, updates)

Verify commercial conditions (pricing, discounts, payment terms)

Handle administrative management of contracts and signature processes

Act as the main interface with customers for administrative requests and commercial support

Coordinate with Operations, Shipping, and logistics providers (timelines, quantities, transport)

Prepare proforma invoices and issue final invoices to customers and subsidiaries

Manage advance payments, follow up on collections, and handle payment claims

Prepare and manage export documentation

Provide administrative support in handling customer claims (data review, coordination with sales team)

Deliver customer support in Spanish, French, and Arabic

Provide general administrative support to the commercial department

✅ Profile
🎓 Education

Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or related field

💼 Experience

1 to 2 years of experience in similar roles (Customer Service / ADV / Logistics)

🧠 Skills & Knowledge

Intermediate level in Microsoft Excel

Knowledge of ERP systems (JD Edwards – JDE is a plus)

Strong interest in logistics, export operations, and customer service

Good organizational and coordination skills

Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

🌍 Languages

Arabic: Native

French: Fluent

English: Fluent

Spanish: Valuable / a plus
