• Plan­ning, orga­niz­ing, and con­trol­ling all logis­tics activ­i­ties, includ­ing mate­r­i­al plan­ning, ware­hous­ing, inven­to­ry man­age­ment, and ship­ping

Your Pro­file

• Bach­e­lor and option­al Mas­ter Degree in Sup­ply Chain Man­age­ment, Logis­tics, Busi­ness Admin­is­tra­tion, Indus­tri­al Engi­neer­ing or a relat­ed field

• At least 10 years of pro­fes­sion­al expe­ri­ence in logis­tics / sup­ply chain with­in a man­u­fac­tur­ing envi­ron­ment, ide­al­ly in the auto­mo­tive indus­try (e.g. wiring har­ne­sess)

• At least 5 years of proven lead­er­ship expe­ri­ence in man­ag­ing and devel­op­ing logis­tics or sup­ply chain teams

• Proven expe­ri­ence work­ing in inter­na­tion­al and cross-loca­tion envi­ron­ments

• Strong exper­tise in demand plan­ning, pro­duc­tion plan­ning and S&OP process­es, con­sid­er­ing cus­tomer require­ments, pro­duc­tion con­straints and inven­to­ry lev­els

• Expe­ri­ence with ERP sys­tems (e.g. SAP), EDI and dig­i­tal logis­tics process­es

• Sol­id expe­ri­ence in inven­to­ry man­age­ment and ware­house con­trol, includ­ing inven­to­ry accu­ra­cy and stock opti­miza­tion

• Strong under­stand­ing of cus­toms reg­u­la­tions and com­pli­ance frame­works (e.g. IATF 16949, ISO 9001, OEA, CTPAT)

• Proven expe­ri­ence in logis­tics cost opti­miza­tion, includ­ing trans­port effi­cien­cy and reduc­tion of pre­mi­um freight
