Howmet Fixations Casablanca is looking for Logistic Engineer (Sales Administration)

The Logistic Engineer is responsible for the organization, management and follow-up of purchase orders and the proper handling of orders. He/she is also responsible for ensuring that the time limit for sending acknowledgements of receipt is respected.

Key Activities:

* registering orders in the ERP system and notifying the relevant departments via the contract review process. He/she is also responsible for communicating with the customer on the progress of the order. To do this, he is responsible for issuing acknowledgements of receipt and preparation slips,
* managing sales contracts. These may be contracts with customers or service providers.
* Inform his/her hierarchy of information related to sales via performance indicators. To do this, he/she creates monitoring dashboards.
* facilitating relations between the various internal departments (purchasing, finance, IT, methods and quality, etc.) in order to guarantee the smooth running of sales.
* managing the daily relations with the customers, either by making contact through different channels or by organizing meetings/calls.

In fact, it acts as an intermediary and works closely with all the company's departments. This makes it possible to establish and maintain a link between the various divisions.

His function leads to answer calls for tender, to manage the quotations with the management and to negotiate the conditions of sale with the customers so that it proceeds as well as possible. He is also responsible for implementing sales procedures.

In addition, throughout all stages of the sale, he/she ensures that quality and compliance standards are respected. It is also the role of the sales administration to handle and resolve possible disputes with customers as well. These can be multiple and linked to delivery delays, defective products or wrong quantities. In all cases, he must be able to find an adequate solution to guarantee customer satisfaction.

As part of the site logistics team, the Logistic Engineer can also manage scheduling and work orders follow-up tasks.

Responsibilities

Nous recherchons un(e) Logistic Specialist Opérationnel pour rejoindre notre équipe Logistique et contribuer activement à la performance du site.

Missions:

* Etablir le programme de fabrication en liaison avec les services situés en amont et en aval de la production
* Suivi des devis et consultation clients
* Réaliser le tableau de bord de l’activité Logistique et effectuer les reportings demandés.
* Respecter les objectifs des indicateurs client (OTD, Past due, burning plan …)
* Planifier la production en fonction des prévisions des charges de travail, des capacités, des effectifs et des moyens de production (équipements et matières), (Analyse charge-capa), et éventuellement faire appel à la sous-traitance ou à l’intérim
* Analyser les dysfonctionnements et les profondeurs de retard et mettre en place un plan d’action de rattrapage.
* Analyser ou faire analyser les retards (livraison et production) afin d’en déterminer les causes racines et déterminer le plan d’action associé.
* Assurer l’interface et la communication avec les clients.
* Préparer, animer, suivre et valider les revues de commandes / contrats.
* Organiser et animer la revue de contrat
* Assurer la validation de tout point lié à l’administration des ventes
* Gérer les documents de clients (commande, plan …)
* Anticiper les points de blocage ayant un impact sur les plannings de livraison et alerter en cas de risque client.
* Suivre l’adhérence par rapport au planning de production.
* Préparer et mettre à jour le PDP par activité, avec une mise à jour hebdomadaire.
* Suivre le stock WIP, et analyser les écarts de déclaration, et les commandes qui ont dépassé le temps de traversée.
* Assurer un suivi des OF à clôturer/Solder… et suivre l’action avec les services concernés.

Qualifications

* Engineer's degree in Supply Chain management
* 2 years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment
* Ability to adapt and work with different personalities and perspectives to achieve business objectives
