Job Responsibilities (Local After-sales Service Specialist):
●After-sales full-process control: Responsible for after-sales service of engineering crane equipment, complete tasks such as fault diagnosis, repair, and maintenance in accordance with the process, ensure the normal operation of the equipment, and enhance customer satisfaction.
●Regional after-sales support: Respond promptly to customers' technical support requests, coordinate resources to solve equipment issues, and ensure that customers' businesses are not affected.
●Regional comprehensive coordination: Maintain regional customer relationships, manage accessory inventory and allocation; Arrange the work of the supervision team reasonably to ensure the orderly conduct of after-sales service.
●Sales synergy assistance: Participate in the sales of product spare parts and mainframes, understand the pain points of demand, provide professional solutions, and drive sales growth.
Implementation of temporary tasks: Efficiently carry out temporary tasks assigned by the leadership and cooperate with the company's business development.
Personnel Requirements:
● vocational high school and above, professional counterparts, learning ability and basic reserves.
●Maintenance experience: Have certain experience in crane maintenance, be familiar with the structure and principle of the equipment, and be able to handle common faults.
●Professional skills: Proficient in mechanical principles, skilled in maintaining hydraulic and electrical systems, and capable of accurately identifying and resolving faults.
●Professional quality: Hardworking and able to endure hardships, capable of adapting to long-term business trips in the host country. Have teamwork spirit and communication skills.
