#Challengecheck:
* Responsible for customer satisfaction, maintaining good communication with customers, analyzing, and resolving complaints, defining, and monitoring implemented actions.
* Responsible for the preparation of internal & external audits and customer audits for the project and serial quality process.
* Responsible for the handling of customer complaints on the system and information of the various department heads.
* Follow-up with multidisciplinary teams to process complaints in a fast and effective manner.
* Preparation and reporting of external quality indicators.
* Communication of the 8Ds complaints to customers within the deadlines defined in the Hirschmann Automotive KE/CSR standard.
* Responsible for the follow-up of the quality improvement plan.
* Responsible for defining additional controls / Quality wall / Sorting activities following customer complaints received so that non-conforming parts are not delivered to customers.
* Participate in the preparation and execution of customer/Process/System audits.
* Manage and coordinate the customer quality team, and report to the Manager any risks with customers.
* Coordinate the Project Quality activity (QSI & QSF) Engineers to achieve department and individual targets.
* Ensure the creation and update of DFMEA & PFMEA according to standard requirement within the project phases.
* Ensure the creation and update of control planning according to standard requirement within the project phases.
* Ensure the consistency of special characteristics in FMEA, control planning and PPAP documentation before submission to customer.
* Plan with the production the realization of the initial samples, their control, and the constitution of the PPAP/ EMPB packages according to customer specific requirements.
* Ensure and conduct the RFMEA activity in the plant.
* Support the production plant in quality improvements (product and process) through process audits, PFMEA, ...etc
* Ensure the monitoring of Project Quality key performance indicators.
* Manage and develop team skills.
