SALES & MARKETING - SALES

Main Goal

The Purpose of this position is to drive the sales in Morocco by identifying new prospects and innovative business opportunities whilst developing strong and sustainable partnerships with our strategic clients.

The person in this role will coordinate with all the internal business chain to lever the unique expertise of Vilmorin-Mikado to find innovative solutions and to ensure an excellent level of customer experience and satisfaction.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities Summary:

1. Strategic Account Management

Develop and implement comprehensive account strategies aligned with the company’s commercial objectives.

Define short-, mid-, and long-term goals for each key account, including revenue targets, margin improvement, and service level agreements and be responsible for their rate of achievement.


* Client Relationship Development

Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.


* Sales Growth & Opportunity Management Identify upselling, cross-selling, and renewal opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with the sales team to convert strategic opportunities into long-term contracts. Align with the client on forecast and price to ensure objective achievement
* Contract & Negotiation Management

Lead contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with internal policies and profitability targets.


* Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with internal departments (e.g., marketing, supply chain, finance, R&D, customer service) to ensure seamless execution of client projects.


* Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Track and report on key account performance metrics (e.g., revenue, margin, service levels, satisfaction).


* Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis

* Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics), Excel, and business intelligence platforms.
