Junior Lab Assistant – Microbiology & Biofertilizers
Location: Casablanca, Morocco

Join our growing team as a Junior Lab Assistant and help us revolutionize the future of biofertilizers and fungi-based solutions!

Your key missions (you won’t be making coffee – unless it’s for the mycelium!):

🧪 Assist in preparing and sterilizing culture media (e.g., PDA) to support microbial growth.
🔬 Support microbial analysis (bacteria & fungi) to assess quality and effectiveness.
📊 Perform basic quality control tests (pH, nutrients, colony counts) with precision.
📝 Maintain clear, accurate records of lab work and results.
⚠️ Follow strict lab safety and hygiene protocols – your goggles are your best friend!

What we’re looking for:

* A degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Agriculture, or related field.
* 1+ year of lab experience (academic or professional).
* A curious mind, detail-oriented attitude, and strong documentation skills.
* Fluent in French (written and spoken) for reporting and communication.
* English: Able to read scientific documents

It’s even better if you have:
✅ Hands-on experience in media prep & microbial cultivation.
✅ Familiarity with biochemical assays and biofertilizer production workflows.
✅ An interest in soil science, sustainability, or agricultural innovation.
