ALQAMAR Space is looking for a motivated Junior CAD Designer to join our growing engineering team in Morocco.

You will work on the design and development of mechanical systems and aerospace-grade hardware for environmental testing applications used in the small satellite industry.

What you’ll do:

• Create and update 3D CAD models and technical drawings

• Support mechanical design and product development activities

• Participate in prototyping and manufacturing preparation

• Operate and support 3D printing activities (FDM/filament and resin printing) for rapid prototyping

• Assist in BOM creation and design documentation

• Work closely with engineering and production teams

Requirements:

• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, CATIA or similar)

• Basic understanding of mechanical design principles

• Familiarity with 3D printing workflows, slicing software, and prototype preparation

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and assemblies

• Strong motivation to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have:

• Interest in aerospace or space technologies

• Experience with sheet metal, machining, or thermal systems

• Familiarity with manufacturing constraints and DFM principles
