Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Technician located in Prefecture of Casablanca. The IT Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the proper functioning of technology systems. Daily tasks include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, setting up and maintaining computer systems, and assisting employees with IT-related problems. The IT Technician will also be responsible for training staff on new software applications and providing excellent customer service.

* Relevant certifications or a degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred
