🔍 About the Role

As Inventory Controller, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our inventory records and their reflection in our financial statements. You’ll be responsible for monthly reconciliations, inventory valuation, audit support, and working closely with Operations, Procurement, and IT to drive continuous improvement.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

* Perform monthly and quarterly inventory reconciliations and variance analysis
* Ensure accurate inventory valuation aligned with IFRS
* Coordinate physical stock counts and manage stock audits
* Monitor working capital and highlight aged inventory
* Support monthly and year-end closing processes
* Maintain internal controls and SOPs related to inventory

✅ What We’re Looking For

* Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA, CMA, ACCA preferred)
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in inventory control or financial roles in manufacturing or milling
* Strong ERP experience (SAP/Oracle)
* Expertise in inventory accounting, reconciliation, and audit readiness
* A proactive and detail-oriented team player with excellent communication skills
